Registration Information
All participants are required to register on-line to facilitate prompt processing.
Registration fee includes the symposium materials, welcoming reception, snack lunches and refreshments at coffee break during the meeting.
Symposium Banquet US$85 or NTD$2,500 will be charged separately for each participant. The same rate applies for an accompanying person.
Students and postdoctoral registrants need to submit the student id or a dated and certified letter from their supervisors/Head of Department to verify their status.
Registration fee and symposium banquet will be waived for invited speakers.
Reservation for accommodation should be made with registration and can only be processed by the Secretariat. No amount will actually be charged prior to your arrival.

All payments must be made in NT dollars or US dollars through bank transfer.

For overseas participants (You must pay all bank charges incurred when paying registration fees by bank transfer. This include the charges when the local bank coverts your money into the currency of New Taiwan Dollars. Confirmation
Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the registration desk at the symposium site.
Cancellation
For cancellations of registrations, a written notification of cancellation must be sent to the Registration Office before June 10, 2009.
