Visa Information
Support to Foreign Participants
We welcome worldwide colleagues interested in the subject of the symposium to participate in this event. For visitors coming from outside the Republic of China (Taiwan), we recommend that you check the official ministry of Foreign Affairs site of the Bureau of Consular Affairs at http://www.boca.gov.tw. This site enables you to find out if you need to apply for a visa or not. If you do need a visa, it also provides you the link to your nearest ROC (Taiwan Embassy).
In case you do not receive an e-mail confirming your registration, please email scba@gate.sinica.edu.tw. You must register and pay for the symposium to receive the confirmation. No confirmations will be issued before the payment has been received. If your visa request is denied, you will get a refund for your registration fee with no penalty. For visa information, please email Miss Nancy Yang /Nancyy@gate.sinica.edu.tw.
