本實驗室是一生物資訊實驗室，成立於2003年10月，指導老師為Prof. 莊樹諄。

生物資訊學是一門整合了生物學和資訊科學的跨領域研究。我們藉由設計演算法來分析大量生物分子所攜帶的訊息，以期將複雜的生物資料轉變為可運用的知識， 並以生物實驗驗證我們的預測與分析結果，進而協助我們瞭解各種生命現象的運作機制。本實驗室致力於基因體(DNA level)和轉錄體(RNA level)跨物種間比較與演化等生物相關研究課題 ，我們特別著重於靈長類動物在後轉錄修飾如多樣性切割(Alternative Splicing)、RNA editing等機制的探討 。歡迎有志於學術研究的同學加入我們，共同『挑戰未知、超越自我、台灣發光、放射國際』。
