Human-mouse orthologous exon pairs and the related analysis results:

Datasets used in the study Data resources
All applicable ACEs; extracted from EBI-ASD database; Human: based on Ensembl 27.35a.1 (Human Release 2); Mouse: based on Ensembl 27.33c.1 (Mouse Release 2)

CSEs;

ASEs (major-form exons); and

ASEs (non-major exons)

extracted from the ASAP database; Using Exon_Table (downloaded from ASAP),  genomic sequences (including exons and introns) can be extracted from Genomic_Table (downloaded from ASAP). For the ASAP database, please see Reference [Nucleic Acids Research, 2003, 31(1), 101-105] for details.
