法理學基本書目

學習法理學最好的方式，就是在掌握了法理學的基本概念與問題意識之後，直接閱讀法理學的經典著作， 看看這些經典如何處理、回答法理學問題。對原典的深入閱讀與批判，可以培養我們自己獨立思考法理學問題的能力。以下係根據法理學這門學科最重要的幾個研究主題所列出的基本 經典文獻。儘管二手文獻不能取代經典的閱讀，但仍有一些不錯的導論性書籍，對法理學的基本概念與重要問題有扼要的介紹，再配合工具書，可以幫助我們更清楚地了解法理學 經典的思想內含。
