Introduction

Mass Photometry measures the interference between the light scattered by the moleule and the light reflected by the measurement surface. The signal is directly correlated with the true molecular mass. Given appropriate calibration standards, the molecular mass is measured in a wide range from 30kDa to 5MDa at single-molecule resolution.

For more detail, please visit mass photometry website.

Important Notification:

(2024-06-11) For unknow reasons, a smear was found at the left edge of the viewing window and gradually shifted towards the center. The instrument is out of service. Service is called. Sorry for the inconvenience.

(2024-04-17) The dust is cleared out of the way. Large image mode is ready to use.

(2023-12-12) There is a dark spot under large image size condition. It will not interfere the measurements. Service is called.
