Introduction
Mass Photometry measures the interference between the light scattered by the moleule and the light reflected by the measurement surface. The signal is directly correlated with the true molecular mass. Given appropriate calibration standards, the molecular mass is measured in a wide range from 30kDa to 5MDa at single-molecule resolution.
