Introduction
The GatorPlus utilizes biolayer interferometry for measuring protein concentration, kinetics and affinity of intermolecular interactions. This instrument can accommodate standard 96-well or 384-well microplate, it is capable of screening of protein-protein and protein-small molecule interactions.
